Is there family access for Premium?

Unfortunately, no.

Family Sharing allows one subscription to be split between 6 people, and this option is often abused: there are special websites where people who don't know each other join together in a "family" to share the cost of one subscription — for YouTube, apps, and other services.

Instead, I've tried to make Premium as affordable as possible so that everyone can afford it.
