Can I transfer Premium from iPhone to Android?

Unfortunately, no. The subscription is tied to the store where it was purchased: a purchase on the App Store only works on Apple devices, a purchase on Google Play — only on Android.

Payment, renewal, and refunds are entirely on Apple's and Google's side — I don't have access to their systems and have no way to transfer a subscription between them.
